When you work making peace, you work in the territory of God

We talk about peace, we pray about peace, but when peace is threatened or challenged we fail to make peace. Jesus didn't say blessed are the peace-talkers or blessed are the peace-prayers, he said "blessed are the peacemakers" (Matt. 5:9). 

In this life someone is either a peacemaker or a trouble maker. 

You can't be in the middle because Jesus also said "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters." Matt. 12:30 These are very powerful words from our Lord. 

Let's be a real peacemaker in every area of our life, with ourselves, within our families, in a committee, in a council in which we seat, locally and internationally. When you work making peace, you work in the territory of God and You are His child.
